We understand that things happen that are outside of our control. For this, the cancelation policy will be handled situationally. If the client is late for the appointment the therapist has the right to end at the scheduled time but it is up to their discretion and communication with the client if the time can be extended. If for lack of a good reason the client cannot attend the therapist has the right to charge 50% of the full value of the service. And if the client no call no shows the therapist has the right to charge 100% the full value of the service.

Please understand this is our livelihood and this policy is designed to protect the integrity and income of the therapist.
